How to get music playing
in your venue and
stop thinking about it

The app.harmonia-b2b.ru console works in your browser. You sign in with your email and password, which our team sends after your application is approved. The first launch takes a few minutes: add a location, assign a playlist and open the player. After that the music plays by itself on schedule.

01

The console: what is where

The section menu is on the left and the workspace on the right. The menu is the same on every page, so you only need to learn it once.

Menu sections

  1. 1Music: the playlist catalog, your own playlists, radio and live scenes. This is where you assign music to locations.
  2. 2Screens: menus and promos on TVs in your venue (section 12).
  3. 3Locations: your venues and the zones inside them, player status, broadcast hours and the remote.
  4. 4Ads: audio clips and their schedule by location.
  5. 5Music Inserts: a birthday greeting at the press of a button, right in the venue (section 08).
  6. 6Schedule: a “day × hour” grid that shows which playlist plays when.
  7. 7Analytics: listening hours, top playlists, ad plays.
  8. 8Music request: order a playlist made for your brand.
  9. 9Search ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) in the top bar: searches locations, playlists, ads and team.

Below, as a separate block, are Billing, Certificate, Team and Settings: only the owner sees them, and they are hidden from operators. At the bottom of the menu are the Help link, the support email and WhatsApp, and under them the certificate status.

02

Music: choose a playlist

The catalog is built for venues: coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, salons. You can listen to every playlist right in the console before putting it on in your venue.

How to search

  1. 1Four buttons at the top: Genres, Playlists, Radio and Live scenes (a video background for the music). Playlists are covered here, radio in section 04.
  2. 2Search by mood or name: “jazz”, “morning”, “terrace”.
  3. 3Filters: genre, tempo, mood, vocals, time of day. Which venues a playlist suits is shown on its card.
  4. 4The My playlists shelf: “Favorites” comes first, made of tracks you liked, followed by playlists you built yourself (section 03).
  5. 5On locations: show only the playlists that already play at your venues or played recently.

The card shows how many locations a playlist already plays in, the number of tracks and the genre.

Listen and assign

  1. 1Click a card: the playlist panel opens on the right.
  2. 2Play starts a track in the console. The arrows skip, and “Don’t play this track” removes it from rotation on all your locations.
  3. 3The heart adds a track to “Favorites”. Your own playlist can be built from your likes.
  4. 4Assign to locations: opens the choice of venues, days and hours. More in section 06.

Liked tracks from different playlists? Build your own playlist from them, it is free (section 03). Need a unique sound that is not in the catalog? Use the Music request button in the menu: pick a product (a paid one-time service), describe your business and mood, and a music editor will put together a selection.

03

Your own playlists: build from favorite tracks

Take tracks from any catalog playlist and put them in your own. Such a playlist is assigned to locations and put in the schedule just like a ready-made one. Free, with no plan limits.

Where they live

  1. 1Create playlist: the button above the “My playlists” shelf in Music → Playlists. If you have no playlists of your own yet, the shelf shows a “Build your own playlist” card with the same button.
  2. 2The card of your playlist: cover, name, description and how many tracks it has. Clicking opens it on the right, like any catalog playlist.
  3. 3“⋯” on the card: Edit playlist (name, description, cover) or Delete playlist.

Your playlists are shared across the whole console: both the owner and operators can see and edit them. They are in the mobile app too.

Create

  1. 1Cover: one of twelve colors or your own image, PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 5 MB.
  2. 2Name, up to 80 characters. This is how the playlist is labeled in the schedule and on the location card.
  3. 3Description, optional, up to 300 characters: what the playlist is for, for example “for Friday evenings”.
  4. 4Create. The playlist appears on the shelf empty, and then you add tracks to it.

Add tracks

Open any catalog playlist or “Favorites”, and on the track you want click “⋯” → Add to playlist. The same menu is on the track that is playing right now.

  1. 1Find a playlist: a search for when you have many playlists of your own.
  2. 2Click your playlist: the track goes to the end. “Added to …” appears at the bottom with an Undo button. If the track is already there, it will not be added a second time.
  3. 3Create new playlist: start a playlist right from here and put this track into it at once.

Edit and assign

  1. 1“⋯” in the panel header: edit or delete the playlist.
  2. 2“⋯” on a track → Remove from this playlist. Changed your mind? “Undo” puts the track back in the same spot.
  3. 3Assign to locations: the same dialog as for catalog playlists (section 06). In the schedule and on the location card your playlists are collected in a “My playlists” group.

A playlist that is playing at your venues right now can be changed on the fly: the players pick up the new contents at once. An empty playlist cannot be assigned, and one that is set on locations or in the schedule cannot be deleted until you put another one there.

04

Radio: turn on and listen

A live stream by genre with no setup. A station is a good fit when you want music “here and now”: in the console, in the app, at your desk.

Two clicks

  1. 1In the Music section open the Radio tab.
  2. 2Click a genre card: jazz, lounge, ambient, electronic, pop, classical, acoustic and more. The set of stations depends on the catalog.

A station cannot be assigned to a location or put in the schedule. Use playlists for your venue: they play on schedule, support ads and are covered by the certificate.

On air

  1. 1The On air · genre line and the track name. If the browser blocked autoplay, a “Click to start the broadcast” label appears.
  2. 2Change station returns you to the genre choice.
05

Locations: venues and zones

A location is a venue with an address. A zone is a second hall, a terrace or a banquet room inside a location: its own music, the same address and the same certificate.

The list

  1. 1The Status row: how many venues are on air, paused and offline. Clicking a number filters the list.
  2. 2Search and filters by status, company and tag.
  3. 3Location or zone: add a new venue.
  4. 4Clicking a row opens the location card.

Venues are grouped by company. The group header shows how many locations are paid for and how many are already set up.

Add a location

  1. 1Company: which company the venue belongs to. A separate certificate and a separate invoice are issued for each company. The owner adds a new company in Billing → “Change plan”; the button in the form leads there. A zone has no such field: it belongs to the company of its location.
  2. 2What you are creating: a location (a new address) or a zone (a second hall inside an existing location). The choice appears once the console already has at least one location.
  3. 3Name: what you call the venue yourself.
  4. 4Address with suggestions. It goes into the certificate and cannot be changed after the certificate is issued.
  5. 5Optional: floor, office, tags and copying playlists, ads and screens from another venue.
  6. 6Create: the button at the very bottom of the form.

The location card

  1. 1Now playing: the current playlist and status: on air, paused, player not running. Under it are the remote buttons “Back / Pause / Next” (section 10).
  2. 2Assigned: all of the venue’s playlists with days and hours.
  3. 3Device: Web is the player in a browser, App is a phone or tablet with the app. One active player per venue.
  4. 4Open player appears under the device cards when Web is selected and launches the web player in a new tab (section 09). When App is selected, a Connect phone button takes its place.
  5. 5Time zone: broadcast hours, schedule and ads are counted by it. Until it is chosen, the console uses UTC.
  6. 6Broadcast hours: when the venue plays. Until they are set, the venue plays around the clock; once set, music and ads are silent outside these hours.
  7. 7Pause / Resume: silence at the venue. The player stays running: it pauses itself and resumes by itself after “Resume”.
  8. 8Schedule: opens the hour grid for this venue only.
  9. 9The Settings tab: name, address, tags, deletion.
06

Connect music to a location

The shortest path: choose a device on the location card. If there is no playlist yet, the console offers to pick one. After that there are two ways to manage music: from a playlist to locations, and the schedule by hours of the week.

Path A: from a playlist

  1. 1In the playlist panel click Assign to locations. Choose the days to play: all, weekdays, weekends or specific days.
  2. 2Choose the time: all day or a “from – to” interval. Next to the locations you need click Assign. Zones in the list are labeled with their parent location.
  3. 3Close. The playlist appears in the “Assigned” block of every venue you picked.

All days and all day: the playlist becomes the venue’s default music and the schedule grid stays empty. Specific days or hours go into the grid. If another playlist is already set for those days, the console asks “Replace playlist?”. The cross next to a location removes the playlist.

Path B: the schedule

  1. 1The Schedule section. At the top choose a location or zone.
  2. 2A 7 days × 24 hours grid. A cell’s color is the playlist, hatching means the venue is closed, and a colored dot in the corner means an ad plays here. Clicking a cell opens the choice.
  3. 3Under the grid is a summary of “Playing here” and “Ads”: what plays at this venue and when. Every save in the choice window is written to the schedule at once.

The “Copy day” icon carries one day’s settings over to other days.

The choice in a cell

  1. 1The Playlists tab: find the one you need or choose “No music”.
  2. 2The Ads tab puts a clip on this hour.
  3. 3Period: all day, morning until 12:00, afternoon 12-18, evening 18-24.
  4. 4Apply to: weekdays, weekends or all days, so you do not click each day separately. Then Save.
07

Audio ads: your own clips between tracks

Promotions, today’s menu, a loyalty program. A clip is uploaded once and scheduled on the locations you need. The volume is leveled automatically.

Upload a clip: the “Upload” button at the bottom of the list

  1. 1Audio file: drag it in or pick it. Formats MP3, WAV, AAC, FLAC, up to 20 MB.
  2. 2Name: how the clip is labeled in the list and the schedule.
  3. 3Playback mode: Between tracks (in the gaps, without interrupting the music), At an exact time (right at the set time, interrupting the current track), Intervals (evenly within a window, for example 4 times from 12 to 15).
  4. 4Create. The length is detected automatically.

Put it on air

  1. 1On the left is the list of clips with an All / Active / Paused filter; the Upload button at the bottom adds a new one. Clicking a clip opens its card on the right.
  2. 2The Active / Paused switch turns the whole clip on and off.
  3. 3You can change the mode after uploading.
  4. 4Apply to locations: tick the venues where the clip should play. “Select all” puts it on the whole chain, but hours can only be set for venues in one time zone: if there are several zones, the console asks you to narrow the choice.
  5. 5Weekly schedule: click the hours when the clip is on air. Clicking a day’s name turns on the whole day (except in “Intervals” mode, where you set a window and the number of plays), and “Copy day” carries it over to others.

The hours in the grid are the locations’ local time. If the chosen venues are closed at that hour, the console warns you.

08

Music inserts: greet a guest in the venue

A guest has a birthday. The manager presses one button: the music in the venue fades smoothly, the greeting plays, and then the broadcast continues from the same track and the same spot. Nothing needs to be switched.

Play a greeting

  1. 1Location: where the celebration is right now. If you have one venue, it is picked automatically; the console remembers your last choice.
  2. 2Player status. An insert can be played only when “On air · web player” is lit next to it. “Player offline” means the player tab is closed or the device lost internet.
  3. 3Listen: hear the greeting on your own device, it will not play in the venue. Handy for choosing in advance.
  4. 4Play in the venue: the greeting starts playing in the venue after a couple of seconds.

The library has several versions of “Happy birthday”: full, short, warm, kids, instrumental and others. They are prepared by Harmonia, and you cannot upload your own greetings. The section is rolling out gradually: if it is not in your menu yet, it will appear soon.

While it plays

  1. 1Playing in the venue: which greeting and where. The panel is visible to all console staff, even if someone else started the insert.
  2. 2Time left: how much longer it will play. When the greeting ends, the music returns by itself.
  3. 3End and resume music: stop it early. “Broadcast restored: the music continued from the same spot” appears.

You can close the console page: the greeting finishes and the music returns without you. Ads do not play during an insert. If the venue was paused, the greeting still plays, and after it the venue stays paused.

What you see in the player

  1. 1Instead of a track, the label Music insert and the name of the greeting.
  2. 2End: stop the greeting right on the device in the venue. When no insert is playing, the bottom left corner of the player has a Greeting button: you can start one from there too, without opening the console.

Inserts play only in the web player. If the venue is controlled by the phone app, the console suggests switching it to the web player: the app does not play greetings yet. Only one insert plays in a location at a time.

09

Web player: music from the browser

No equipment needed: a computer or tablet in the venue, a browser and speakers. The player opens from the location card with the Open player button and lives in its own tab.

What is on screen

  1. 1Play / Pause. Press Play the first time you open it: browsers do not start sound by themselves.
  2. 2Next track, with previous next to it.
  3. 3Like goes to “Favorites”; Dislike means the track will never play again on any of your locations.
  4. 4The player’s volume. The value is saved for the location.
  5. 5The Queue / History panel: what plays next and what has already played.
  6. 6Shuffle: a random order of the playlist’s tracks.

The player follows the venue’s schedule by itself: it changes playlists by the hour, inserts ads and pauses if you press “Pause” in the console. You can also skip tracks without going to it, using the remote (section 10). The Greeting button in the bottom left corner starts a music insert (section 08). One player per venue: the location and each of its zones has its own. A second tab with the same venue will show “Already playing in another tab”.

tip

Keep the tab open

You can minimize the tab and the sound continues. Do not close it and do not put the device into deep sleep.

tip

Refresh the tab once a day

When it opens, the player gets a key valid for 24 hours and works on its own. After a day press F5: you do not need to sign in again.

if it is quiet

Check three things

The broadcast hours on the location card, the “Paused” status, and whether this venue’s player is open somewhere else. How to send the sound to speakers or an amplifier is described in the article “Connecting to an audio system”.

10

Remote: control the music from another device

The web player plays on a computer behind the counter while you are at the other end of the venue or in a different city altogether. You can skip a track or pause from any device: from the console on a laptop or from the app on a phone.

The remote on the location card

  1. 1Now playing: the playlist and status: “On air · web player”, “Paused” or “Player not running”. Clicking the card opens the player itself.
  2. 2Back: return to the previous track.
  3. 3Pause / Resume: silence at the venue and back. The pause is kept even if the player restarts.
  4. 4Next: the next track. It changes in the venue almost immediately. There is no separate message, the new track simply starts playing.

The remote controls whichever player is playing at the venue right now: a browser tab or a phone with the app. Playlist and volume are changed not with the remote but in the regular location settings and the schedule. An ad clip cannot be skipped with the remote.

from a phone

The remote in the app

In the Harmonia for Business app the location card has the same three buttons under “Now playing”: back, pause and forward. The sound changes in the venue, and the phone itself may stay silent.

if it does not respond

“Player offline”

This is how the remote answers when the player tab is closed or the device has no internet. Open the player again or refresh its tab: the remote works again after a few seconds.

one tab

“Already playing in another tab”

If you open the player of the same venue a second time, the new tab stays silent and shows this message. Close the first one and the second picks up the music by itself.

11

The mobile app

Harmonia for Business in Google Play turns any Android phone or tablet into the venue’s player. It keeps the location’s music in an offline cache, plays without internet for up to 7 days and works through a Bluetooth speaker.

Connect a phone

  1. 1On the location card choose the App device and click Connect phone. Scan the QR code: it leads to Google Play.
  2. 2Sign in to the app with the same email and password as in the console. No pairing codes. In the “Locations” section choose the venue and start the player.
  3. 3Wait for sync: in the background the app downloads the location’s music to the offline cache. Then turn off screen lock and connect the speaker.

The app offers the same actions as the console: change a playlist, pause, like a track. The owner also sees Certificate, Billing, Team and Settings there; an operator only gets “Locations” and “Music”. The console sees changes at once.

1

Install

Google Play → “Harmonia for Business”. Android 8 and newer.

2

The email and password from the console. An operator invited through an emailed link first sets a password with “Forgot password?” on the console sign-in page: the app signs in with a password only.

3

Pick a venue

The list of your locations and zones. The phone is tied to the one you choose.

4

Play

The player plays in the background and with the screen off, and follows the schedule and ads. Be sure to turn off screen lock in the phone settings, otherwise the system puts the player to sleep after a few hours.

A Bluetooth speaker, a cable to an amplifier or a Bluetooth receiver: which method to choose and which adapters you need are covered in the article “Connecting to an audio system”.

12

Screens: menus and promos on a TV

Any Smart TV or set-top box with a browser shows your slides: a menu, a seasonal drink, a lunch special, the promotion of the day. No software to install. Slides are built in the console from ready-made templates and update on the TV by themselves. A screen is an add-on to the music subscription, see pricing. A separate certificate for screens is not needed: a screen shows a picture without sound, and the music in the venue is covered by the location’s certificate.

My screens

  1. 1Send a request: a Harmonia designer builds a menu or a screen for your brand in 24 hours. Send a photo of your menu and your logo, and then you edit it yourself.
  2. 2Search and filters: all, online, offline, not connected. Handy when you have dozens of TVs.
  3. 3How many free screens are left in your paid plan. When they run out, the console offers to add a screen in “Change plan”.
  4. 4+ Screen: create a new screen in this location or zone. A screen always belongs to a location, so it is clear where the TV hangs.
  5. 5The screen card: preview, orientation, whether the TV is online and how many slides it has. Clicking opens the setup.

Screens are grouped by company and location. For a new location you can copy screens from another venue right away: the create-location window has a “Copy screens from another location” option. The slides carry over, and the TVs are connected again.

Steps 1-2: screen and template

Setup runs through five steps at the top. The first sets the name and how the TV is mounted: landscape (16:9, above the register or on a wall) or portrait (9:16, a stand by the entrance).

  1. 1Filter by venue type: coffee shop, restaurant and cafe, bakery, bar, salon and barbershop, spa and clinic, fitness, shop and flowers, promotions. There are also live scenes (video) and your saved templates.
  2. 2A template with ready layout, photos and sample prices. Click it and it opens in the editor.
  3. 3If the screen already has slides, the console asks: Add the template as a new slide or Replace the current one.

Below the templates: Blank sheet, to build a slide from scratch, and Order from Harmonia.

Step 3: the editor

  1. 1The canvas is 1920×1080, exactly like on the TV. Click a label or a price to edit the text, drag to move it. “TV borders” highlight the strip along the edges that a TV bezel may cut off: do not put anything important there.
  2. 2Background and font: background and price color, a photo on half the screen, a video across the whole slide, the font.
  3. 3Insert: text, a list item, an image, a video, a logo, a ticker, a clock and “Now playing”, the name of the track playing in the venue.
  4. 4Apply saves the slide’s edits. “Add to templates” puts it into “My templates” to repeat on other screens.

Your own files: images JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 12 MB, video MP4, MOV or WebM up to 100 MB.

Step 4: slides and animation

  1. 1As on the TV: a preview of the whole deck with transitions. The Play button loops it.
  2. 2How long to hold each slide on screen: 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 60 seconds or your own time.
  3. 3How the next slide appears: dissolve, slide, fade or instantly, and the transition speed.
  4. 4Add slide to the filmstrip. Change the order with the arrows on a thumbnail.
  5. 5Publish to screen. “Published” appears, and the TV picks up the new deck within ten seconds.

Step 5: when to show

  1. 1The screen’s day: what will be on the TV and at which hours on the chosen day. Under the scale is a “Now on screen” row. Time is local, as at the venue.
  2. 2Save and check screen: done. If the TV is not connected yet, the button reads “Save and connect screen”.

In the Rules block each slide has an “Always / On schedule” switch: for example, breakfast only until 12:00 on weekdays and the cocktail menu after 18:00. A schedule can run past midnight. For hours outside all the rules, choose whether to show the whole deck or nothing.

Connect the TV

  1. 1On the TV open app.harmonia-b2b.ru/tv in the browser. The Copy button copies the address so you can send it to whoever is standing by the TV.
  2. 2Enter the code: six digits from the TV screen. After the sixth digit the console submits the code by itself.
  3. 3On the right you can see what is on screen now. As soon as the TV responds, “Done: the TV is showing a slide” appears.

The code did not work? Refresh the page on the TV and enter the new one. To move a TV to another screen, click “Unlink”: it will show a new code. A TV counts as “online” while it is in contact with the server; if it turns off or goes to sleep, it becomes “offline” in the list.

Which TV will work

TV
Any Smart TV that has a browser.
Or a set-top box
If the TV is not a Smart TV, connect a set-top box or mini computer with a browser to it.
Internet
Wi-Fi or cable. The TV checks for updates by itself every ten seconds.
What to turn off
The sleep timer in the TV settings, otherwise it will turn the screen off by itself.

Certificates: a document for inspections

The certificate confirms that your company has the right to play music from the Harmonia catalog at a specific address under the public-performance license included in your subscription. You can show it during an inspection. One certificate is one location; zones are covered by the certificate of their location.

The “Certificate” page

  1. 1Issue certificate: opens the issue wizard.
  2. 2Download: the PDF of a specific location. You can download it as many times as you like.
  3. 3The period of validity: from the issue date to the end of the current subscription period. After you renew the subscription, issue a new one.

The status is visible in the left menu on every page: Active, Expires soon, Certificate expired, Issue a certificate or Complete company details.

Issuing

  1. 1Select all or tick individual locations. Those already covered are marked “Issued until…”.
  2. 2Locations are grouped by company. If a company is missing details, the console offers to fill them in on the spot and tells you which: the company name, the company registration number or tax ID, and the registered address.
  3. 3Generate. An archive with a PDF for each selected venue downloads right away.

You need an active subscription and an address on the location. After issuing, the venue’s address, floor and office are locked: they are printed in the document.

What is inside the PDF

Issued by
The service operator: company details, an outgoing number and a date.
Issued to
Your company, with the details as entered for that payer.
Where
The location’s address with floor and office, if filled in.
What it covers
The right to play music from the Harmonia catalog in public at this venue under the public-performance license included in the subscription (see the Terms of Service at harmonia-b2b.com/terms).
Term
“License term: from … to …”. Matches the paid period.
Authenticity
A signature of the operator’s head and a document fingerprint in the footer for verification.

Did your company details change? Edit them in the issue window with the Fill in button, and the new certificate is issued with them. The separate company card on the same page is changed through Request a change: those edits go through a moderator’s review, and the old data stays in force until they are approved.

14

Billing and your plan

How many locations are paid for, how you pay and how to change what your subscription includes.

Billing

  1. 1A summary by company: how many locations and zones are paid for and what changes from the next billing date. Change plan: add or remove locations, choose monthly or annual billing.
  2. 2Billing details: the email for receipts. Below are the promo code and the payment history with receipts. Payments are made from the invoice or payment link that our team sends after your application is approved; the second step of “Change plan”, covered below, shows how it works.

The subscription and the certificate are linked: the certificate is valid exactly until the end of the paid period.

The “Change plan” button: what your subscription includes

  1. 1What your subscription includes means how many locations, extra zones and screens are paid for at each company. Monthly / Annual is the billing period. Annual is cheaper, and the discount is shown on the switch; moving to annual is paid as a separate payment.
  2. 2Plus and minus at each company change the number of paid locations, extra zones and screens. You cannot go below what is already set up: first delete the location or zone in the “Locations” section, or the screen in the “Screens” section.
  3. 3Add a company: enter the company name and its registration details, including the tax ID, by hand. Locations of different companies live in one console but are paid separately.
  4. 4Total is recalculated at once: the first location of each company costs more, additional ones cost less, and an extra zone and a screen are billed separately. For reference, on monthly billing it is $17 for the first location of a company, $12 for each additional one and $5 for an extra zone, per month; on annual billing it is $12, $7 and $4 per month. Screens are an add-on, see pricing.
  5. 5Next: on to how you pay. The changes apply only once you confirm, and until then you can change your mind and close the window. The exception is deleting a company you already created with the trash icon: the console asks for confirmation and deletes it at once, without waiting for payment. A company with locations cannot be deleted: delete the venues first.

Only the owner can change the plan. The “New company” button in the location form leads to this same window.

Step 2: how to pay and when it turns on

  1. 1Due now is only for what you added, at the current rate; below it says when and how much will be charged next time. If you only removed locations, there is nothing to pay: the new monthly amount is shown, and the reduction takes effect from the next billing date.
  2. 2Invoice or payment link: after you confirm, our team sends an invoice or a payment link for each company being expanded. There is no card form on the site yet. New locations start working as soon as the payment arrives.
  3. 3One invoice per company: each company you bill gets its own invoice. If company details are missing, the console asks for them in the invoice form.
  4. 4Back to plan returns you to the location list on the first step if you need to fix something.

Two special cases. If the subscription is unpaid, the whole subscription is due, not just what you added. If there is nothing to pay, for example you removed locations or are returning to monthly billing, there are no payment options, and a Confirm button appears at the bottom.

15

Team and analytics

Who to give access to the console and how to see what and how much played at your venues.

Team: who else works in the console

  1. 1Invite: add a team member such as a manager, a floor supervisor or a marketer. The button is visible only to the owner.
  2. 2The Role column: owner and operators. The owner is whoever created the console; the role cannot be transferred. An invitation that has not been accepted yet shows “Invitation sent” instead of a name, and a yellow “Operator” badge in the role column.
  3. 3Owner: full access: billing, certificates, team, settings.
  4. 4Operator: locations, playlists, ads, schedule and analytics. They do not see billing, certificates, team or settings.

The “Team” section is visible only to the owner: an operator does not have it in the menu, and if they open a direct link the console sends them back to “Locations”. Only the owner can remove a member or cancel an invitation, too.

Invite a team member

  1. 1Name: how the team member is labeled in the list.
  2. 2Email: the email with a sign-in link goes here. The link is valid for 7 days and works once; if you cancel the invitation, it stops working.
  3. 3Send. The team member opens the link from the email and lands in your console as an operator right away.

The role is not chosen when inviting: an invited person always becomes an operator. To sign in to the mobile app they need a password: on the console sign-in page click “Forgot password?” and set one from the emailed link (section 11).

Analytics: how much and what played

  1. 1Period: 7, 14 or 30 days, or your own date range in the calendar next to it.
  2. 2The summary: total broadcast hours, the daily average and active locations, meaning how many venues are playing right now out of the total. Under the hours is the percentage versus the previous period of the same length, and under locations the change in the number of connected venues.
  3. 3Broadcast hours by day: bars by date. Dips in the chart show days when venues were silent.
  4. 4Top playlists: up to ten playlists with the most hours. Ads are not included here, they have their own panel.
  5. 5Ad performance: how many times a clip played over the period. Clips that never played are in the list too, with a zero.
  6. 6By location: up to ten venues and zones with the most airtime and their current playlist. Venues that did not play are shown faded with a dash.
  7. 7Download PDF: saves what you see on screen as one page. For a very long period the console asks you to narrow the range.

The data comes from the players: the section fills up once venues start playing. Ad clips count toward broadcast hours.
